Breakfast Bonus: Peanut Butter Bars

In anticipation of school starting, I have been trying to find quick & healthy alternatives to cereal. I tried this recipe this week and it’s a keeper! You can make a batch of these on Sunday and have grab-and-go, filling breakfast bars that will last at least a few mornings. I used steel-cut instant oatmeal and they’re delicious!
